Shipping policy

Shipping Damage:

We will package all items to mitigate shipping damages.  If your items is damaged from shipping, please send the following information to us at michiganlaserrestorations@gmail.com.

• Photos of box (all sides)
• Photos of item (whole item and damaged area)
• Shipping information (receipt date, location, etc.)

Keep all packaging and other items until the shipping issue has been concluded. 

Failure to provide this information or retain evidence of damage will negate your claim.
