Loaner Program — Keep Running If Your Machine Goes Down
We maintain a fully tested loaner unit in Grand Haven, MI. If your machine fails, members can request it to keep operations running while theirs is being serviced. Members: $595/yr + $175/day when deployed. Non-members: $275/day if available. One unit maintained — availability not guaranteed, but priority goes to members. No overseas seller offers anything like this.

Your machine ships with the F160 installed. Additional lenses are $360 each, in stock and ready to ship. Most customers add a second lens for a specific material or application.

The general-purpose workhorse. Best for rust removal, paint stripping, and surface prep on metal. High energy density delivers aggressive cleaning with precision. Start here — most jobs don't need anything else.
F254 — Aluminum & Speed

Scan area: 250×250mm | WD: ~254mm
Larger scan area means faster coverage on big surfaces. The best choice for cleaning aluminum — the wider spot reduces the risk of surface marking. Also great for large steel panels, structural steel, and high-volume work.
F300 — Versatile Mid-Range

Scan area: 300×300mm | WD: ~300mm
Bridges the gap between F254 and F420. Useful when you need a longer working distance for awkward geometries or recessed surfaces, with more energy density than the F420. Good for mixed-material work.
F420 — Wood & Delicate Surfaces

The large scan area spreads energy over a wider surface, dramatically reducing charring risk on wood, painted trim, and delicate antique surfaces. The go-to lens for stripping stain or varnish from wood without scorching. Also useful for large-area light cleaning on metal.

Honest Answers
Why not just buy directly from China for $6,800?
You can. The machine itself is similar. What you don't get is 1 hour of live video expert setup, explanation of the settings menus, in-stock US accessories and consumables, and someone to call when something goes wrong. If you've never run a pulsed laser before, that gap in knowledge will cost you more than the price difference. If you already know exactly what you're doing, the bare machine might be fine.
What if something breaks?
We're in Grand Haven, MI. We stock lenses, lens protectors, premium safety glasses, and can help diagnose most issues over the phone. For hardware failures, we work with you on parts sourcing and won't leave you waiting months for an overseas response.
Do I need the Expert package or is Ready-to-Run enough?
Ready-to-Run is right if you have prior laser cleaning experience, love challenging puzzles, have hours of free time, or a very basic single-material application. The Expert package is worth it if you'll be cleaning a variety of materials, running a business on this machine, or if your time has real value — the Proprietary Settings Guide alone saves months of trial-and-error testing. We have developed the proprietary settings guide over years of real life customer projects with these machines.
