The Renew Laser System Advantage: Local Service & Max Uptime
The Reality of Industrial Laser Cleaner Ownership
Nearly all laser cleaning systems are sold by overseas resellers who disappear the moment a component fails. When a critical part breaks, you are typically faced with long downtimes and limited support. For a professional operation, a month, or more, of lost revenue is unacceptable.
At Renew Laser Systems (RLS), we’ve engineered a domestic ecosystem in Grand Haven, MI to eliminate that risk. We have partnered with SDQY, a leading manufacturer of laser cleaning machines with over a decade of experience in this fast changing market.
We have chosen to focus our business offerings on two areas; only sell excellent machines which we have vetted and ensure our after sales service is the best in the industry.
Unlike other laser cleaner machine providers, we believe local after-sales service and support is critical to your success.
Industrial-Grade Specifications
We don't sell entry-level hobbyist gear. Our systems are built for rigorous industrial use.
- Fiber Laser Source: We utilize industry-leading JPT and Max Mopa sources for precision and longevity.
- High energy density "Top-Hat", "Gaussian", and "Continuous" laser systems allow for aggressive cleaning without substrate damage.
- 16ft standard or 32ft Extended Fiber Lead: Designed for cleaning large industrial equipment and hard-to-reach areas.
- Air-Cooled Portability: At only 44lbs, our 300W system offers high power in a mobile, 110V package.
Zero-Downtime Engineering
Our flagship differentiator is simple: If your machine goes down, we keep you working.
We offer three levels of service, Max Uptime subscription program, On-Demand Loaner Support, and local consumable inventory.
Max Uptime Subscription Progam
- 24–48 Hour Loaner Deployment: We maintain a fully tested loaner machine at our Michigan headquarters.
- On-Site Swap: We ship a loaner to your location within two days of a confirmed failure so your production never stops.
- Local Triage: Your failed unit is returned to RLS for professional repair and testing while you continue to use the loaner.
- 10% Parts Discount: Max Uptime subscribers receive a 10% discount on all parts and consumables.
Service Continuity | On-Demand Loaner Support
For customers not currently on a Max Uptime subscription who encounter an unexpected failure, RLS offers a Service Continuity program. This ensures your project timelines remain intact while your primary machine is undergoing service.
- Operational Continuity: We ship a loaner machine to ensure your operations continue until your laser is repaired.
- Service Continuity Fee: A daily usage rate fee is charged to cover mandated safety inspections, performance calibration, and administrative tracking required for Class IV laser compliance.
- Simple Terms: Your only expenses are shipping costs and the daily usage rate.
Local Parts & Consumables Inventory
To support our customers, we maintain a domestic stock of critical consumables in our Grand Haven, MI fulfillment center.
- Field Lenses: F160, F254, and F420 lenses are kept in stock for immediate purchase.
- Optical Protection: We maintain a steady supply of protective sacrificial lenses (packs of 12) to prevent debris from damaging your primary optics.
- Certified Safety Gear: Clear and Green OD6+ laser safety glasses are available to ensure your team remains compliant with ANSI Z136 standards.
