Laser Machine Warranty
Warranty Scope:
1. Product scope
This clause applies to laser cleaning machines sold by Renew Laser Systems (seller), including the Laser equipment, laser source, control system and original standard accessories.
2. Warranty Period
- Warranty period for the whole machine: 12 months from the date of shipment of the equipment.
- Warranty period for the core component laser source: 24 months from the date of shipment of the equipment. (Laser source needs to be sent back to manufacturer for repair)
- Shipping, of laser source, to and from manufacturer location will be paid by the buyer.
3. Warranty Part Exclusions
- Laser head, Lens, Mirrors, and Optical Fibers Cable are not covered by the warranty.
4. Warranty Service Content
During the warranty period, for failures caused by defects in equipment design, materials or manufacturing processes, the Seller will provide:
- Free online guidance for repair or free delivery of faulty parts and online guidance for replacement.
- Free technical support (remote or video).
5. The warranty service does not include:
- Failures caused by human damage, improper operation, or failure to use in accordance with the instructions.
- Repair, modification, or disassembly by a third party not authorized by the seller
- Failures caused by force majeure such as natural disasters and voltage anomalies.
- Wear and tear or natural performance degradation during normal use.
6. For failures beyond the warranty period or scope, the seller can provide paid parts and free service (at seller discretion).
7. User Responsibilities
The user must fulfill the following obligations to maintain the validity of the warranty:
- Use and maintain the equipment strictly in accordance with the equipment operation manual.
- Clean and maintain the equipment regularly.
- Stop using the equipment immediately after a fault is found and contact the seller.
- Do not modify the equipment structure or replace non-original accessories without authorization.
8. Warranty Process
The user must submit a warranty application through the following methods:

9. Required materials
- Equipment pictures and models.
- Equipment serial number and fault description .
- On-site photos or videos (if applicable).
10. Response Time
The seller will respond within [24-48 hours] after receiving the application and arrange maintenance according to the situation.
11. Disclaimer
The seller shall not bear the indirect losses caused by equipment failure (such as downtime loss, data loss, etc.).

Renew Laser Systems and Michigan Laser Restorations are wholly owned subsidiaries of Silver Lining Engraving, LLC.
